Tuition & Fees
Tuition
The tuition fee for the MS program for the 2012-13 academic year is $780 per class for a total amount of $3,900 plus fees.
Program Fees
1. Application fee -
There is no application fee for the MS program.
2. Workbook fee - $95
3. Textbook -
Students should budget approximately $125 for textbooks.
4. Audio CD -
Some lectures are audio recorded. The fee for each optional audio CD is $10.
5. Residency Fee
Tuition Deposit
A $500 tuition deposit is due at the time of application. If you are not accepted or decide not to attend, the $500 deposit will be refunded according to the Buyer's Right to Cancel/Refund Policy found under the legal link.
Residency and Commuter Fees
Students elect to be either a commuter or resident student at the time of enrollment. Students may elect to be a commuter student for some instruction weeks and a resident student for other weeks. This option must be decided at the time of enrollment.
2012-13 Residency Fees
1. Single room occupancy.
The fee for a single room which includes four breakfast meals, four lunch meals, three supper meals plus snacks 24/7 is $330 per on-campus instruction period.
2. Double room occupancy
The fee for a double room which includes four breakfast meals, four lunch meals, three supper meals plus snacks 24/7 is $290 per on-campus instruction period.
"*Note that double room occupancy may not be available depending on student requests. Rukha® Academy administration makes no guarantee on the availability of a double room. If a double room is not available, students will be given the option to change to a single room or commuter student.
3. Commuter student fee
The fee for a commuter student which includes lunch only each class day is $145 Per on-campus instruction period
4. User fee
Students who elect to take no meals nor residency at the retreat center pay a user fee of $100 per on-campus instruction period.
Residency and commuter fees are paid over the course of the academic year. Charges are applied to credit card a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of each on-campus instruction period. Registered students should refer to their residency contracts for cancellation information.
Payment Options
Students may pay their tuition via two options; 1. Pay in full by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted). The tuition payment is due on or before Friday, August 24, 2012.
2. Five installments of $680 made at the start of each on-campus instruction period beginning in September and concluding in May.
Cash, check or credit cards accepted.
There is no reimbursement or waiver of the installment if a student is unable to attend any particular class.
