This approach requires students to develop a deep understanding of how psychology contributes to their well-being, as well as the well-being of their clients. Through lectures, interactive activities and practice sessions, students gain tools to respond to the scope of situations they will inevitably encounter in their professional healing practice.

One hallmark of the Rukha® Method is its emphasis on personal process work. Through courses such as Living with Consciousness℠ , students become aware of how emotions and psychology distort the energy field. They become proficient at witnessing their emotional processes so they can make conscious choices about their actions. And they learn to be aware of and manage their limiting beliefs.
As a means of promoting this shift, the Rukha® Method utilizes the technique of psychodrama, a powerful, highly interactive means of modifying automatic actions and reactions.
