Next Courses To Begin September 2012
Rukha® Academy
of healing Arts and Science, in association with Healing Professionals,
is pleased to offer this new 6-week introductory course providing
participants with the base concepts and curriculum used in the Rukha
program.
This
six-week course is a great way to experience Rukha’s
curriculum before making a larger commitment to the two-year experience.
Whether
as a stand-alone course or as a precursor to the two-year certification
program, the concepts taught in these informal classes bring
like-minded people together for a meaningful personal growth experience.
Classes
are small and held in a private and intimate wooded setting. The
atmosphere is casual and relaxed for a stress-free learning environment.
Take one or all three levels.
Level I
This
first of three introductory courses is dedicated to personal
consciousness and recognizing the distortions of one’s own
human energy field. Course content emphasizes explorations of the
individual’s main fears, beliefs and images about life. We
cover a brief explanation of human energy anatomy, a course also offered
in the Rukha program.
Level II
In
these next six weeks the curriculum builds, introducing new
psychological principles that influence your relationships through your
Human Bioenergy Field (HBF). We step into finding solutions to the
limiting beliefs and automatic negative thinking that impacts life
fulfillment. And we tie all of this into the HBF for a recognizable
change in day-to-day life.
Level III
The
focus of Level III is to provide insights and skills that help to move
the individual into a deeper contact with the self and with others. We
begin to peek in at the nuances of living with consciousness and how
this new level of awareness can enhance life experience on a personal
and global level.
Home work and in-class exercises are a part of each six-week course.
